Is the FREE Trial really free?
Yes. We give you at least 30 days to try SiteBuilder for FREE. Once you sign up, the expiration date is set to 40 days. This extra time is for us to verify that you are an actually user (not a spammer). You will be asked to confirm your account by responding to an email to the address you provide. If you do not reply, your account will not be created. If you reply a little late, we will still create your account. We are human, so we understand.
Why is the Joomla option not free?
Joomla websites take some work to set up on our end, so we have to charge for the time and labor involved. We encourage all potential clients to check out our Joomla Demo Site to see the massive potential these sites offer. Anyone can see the front end of the site, but upon request, we can send you the information you'll need to get into the administrative section of the site.
Why can't I do a Custom SiteBuilder or Joomla site for less than one year?
These sites require a separte domain name. Domain names are registered on a yearly basis (one year minimum).
How does the pricing work for an upgrade?
You may upgrade from a Standard or Custom SiteBuilder package at any time. The unused portion of your account balance will go towards the purchase of your upgrade and the price will be pro-rated to your current expiration date. For Example, you start with a Standard SiteBuilder site, and after 120 days you want to upgarde to a Custom SiteBuilder site. Because you have paid $365 for one year of Standard SiteBuilder, you have $245 that is unused. This will go towards your Custom SiteBuilder package. The Custom plan is $912.50 per year ($2.50/day). Since you ahve already used 120 days, the charge to finish out the rest of the year would be $612.50. You have already used $120 for your Standard Plan ($1/day), so you cost to upgrade for the rest of the year would be $492.50.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Because of the work involved in setting up the Custom SiteBuilder and Joomla options, there will be no refunds, and therefore no reason to downgrade.
